This disclaimer shall apply to any person (each, a “User”) who views, accesses or otherwise uses any blog found within www.sportsnook.com (the “Blog”). The Blog is owned by The Sports Nook, Inc. (the “Sports Nook”). The Sports Nook grants to each User a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited right to access, use and display the Blog and the content provided therein; provided, however, that each User complies fully with the terms and conditions of the Sports Nook’s Acceptable Use Policy (hyperlink).
Each User who publishes content on the Blog thereby grants to the Sports Nook permission to include such content on the Blog and permits third parties to reproduce such published content. (f) no User shall infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party;
(g) no User shall publish any defamatory or libelous statements on the Blog;
(h) no User shall publish any content on the Blog that would be deemed to abuse, victimize, threaten or harass others;
(i) no User shall publish any content on the Blog that is obscene, offensive, repulsive, disgusting, provocative, insulting, hateful, abusive, threatening, hostile, discriminatory, or of similar character; and
(j) No User shall publish any content that would violate applicable law.
6. The opinions expressed by each contributor and User on the Blog are theirs alone and do not reflect the opinions of the Sports Nook or any employee thereof. The Sports Nook shall not be liable for any such opinions.
7. In the event a link to any third party website is published on the Blog, the Sports Nook shall not be liable for any losses, injuries or damages arising out of such third party websites.
8.
